CARPARISON Leasing is to use Fleet Procure’s dedicated stock management and vehicle procurement platform citing its user-friendly system and real-time updates as key selling points.

The Exeter-based leasing broker said the autonomous nature of the Fleet Procure system offered it improved analysis of the market, and better customer communication throughout the customer journey.

Having known both Matt Woodward and Charlotte Channing-Jones for a number of years, I am delighted that they have joined us at this time and look forward to working with the Carparison team to help drive the company’s growth.

Carparison’s head of sales, Charlotte Channing-Jones, added:

“We had ambitions of revitalising our customer portal this year and were therefore on the search for a partnership that elevates our digital customer interactions, boosts efficiencies and provides a modern experience and happier customers.

“The team at Fleet Procure is always on hand to help. There was a clear and thorough implementation plan and I do not doubt that we will continue to complement one another as we continue to develop.”

Carparison said its partnership with Fleet Procure reinforced its commitment to invest in systems and processes that allowed it to maintain the very best user experience.

In 2022, Carparison Leasing was awarded the Platinum Trusted Service Award, for consistently delivering excellent customer service.

Recently leasing company and broker funder Drivalia decided to invest in Fleet Procure’s stock management platform.
