THE results of the latest NFDA Dealer Attitude Survey show that dealer satisfaction is brimful thanks to vehicle scarcity boosting profitability.
According to a report in Auto Retail Agenda, the dealer satisfaction score was the highest since 2014.
The website, which provides insight and intelligence to the sector, noted that dealer satisfaction scores had been on the increase for the last three years, “indicating a closer working relationship during the pandemic” with the OEMs.
At the top of the rankings was Lexus, followed by Kia and Toyota.
Rounding out the top six were BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo.
Bottom of the table was Renault.
