FLEET Packs has moved into new headquarters in Cheshire, after rapid growth has seen the tailored accessories and services provider outgrow its previous site.
The new base is a hybrid office and warehouse HQ, enabling the company to invest in a quality working environment for its staff, and provide a location where Fleet Packs is proud to welcome visitors.
Investment in new premises underlines recent success for Fleet Packs, with the directors bringing more than 35 years’ experience in the automotive industry in areas covering leasing, rental, dealerships, and OEM sectors.
By offering tailored services to clients, Fleet Packs doesn’t operate a ‘one-size fits all’ system. Instead, it works with customers, particularly brokers, to deliver accessories and services that fit their needs.
Available are elements including protective accessories such as seat covers or floor mats, driver safety kit, mental health tools, and electric vehicle ‘How To’ guides.
Safety is a particular focus for Fleet Packs, which sees the firm provide high quality items, protecting both vehicle values and drivers’ health.
Directors Tom Handford and Mike Parrott say the aim of Fleet Packs is to enhance the customer buying experience, “with our client branding being front and centre of everything we supply”. They also add that a particular focus is the switch to electric vehicles:
The automotive industry is currently experiencing major changes with the switch to electric and we are conscious that receiving your first electric car or van can be a daunting experience. We work with our clients to produce bespoke walk-through guides which aims to answer any questions the driver has post-delivery.
