LEASING Options has launched a new WhatsApp channel for its customers, to further improve the leasing provider’s contactless service.
New and existing customers can contact the Manchester leasing broker team using the messaging app, to go through the entire process of leasing a vehicle should they wish.
Used by more than two billion users each month, and featuring end-to-end encryption, WhatsApp enjoys widespread usage and access for customers and businesses alike. Since the pandemic, Leasing Options says it reviewed its systems to make access to contactless channels as easy as possible for customers.
As well as the new WhatsApp service, Leasing Options also offers payment for processing fees by Apple Pay, and proof of ID documents can be sent safely via phone.
Customers wishing to use the service can click the WhatsApp icon on the bottom right of the company’s home page.
