MANCHESTER-based leasing broker Leasing Options is partnering with Co-Op Live, an indoor arena that opens this month (April 2024). Co-Op Live will be the largest indoor arena in the UK. First act will be comedian Peter Kay on 23-24 April.
The agreement with Co-Op Live – valued at an annual six-figure investment and on a multi-year commitment – grants Leasing Options access to a schedule of events featuring stars from across the world.
The broker said that the partnership signalled its intention to expand its presence within the region as well increasing its networking opportunities in key markets and with its stakeholders.
It will also allow the leasing business to reward its staff with unforgettable experiences at world-class events, recognising their invaluable contributions to the company’s continued success.
It comes as Leasing Options reports investment in a bespoke integrated recognition system designed to appreciate and acknowledge the hard work, support and impressive results of its team. This new system is incorporated into the company’s reward and recognition programme to foster a positive work environment but also ensure that exceptional contributions are recognised and rewarded.
“We’ve worked incredibly hard to develop a family-based culture of working hard but supporting each other, recognising our collective achievements and rewarding our team’s commitment and success. This latest investment helps the team ‘catch people doing it right’ and to instantly acknowledge it which is one of our core values and something as a senior team we are passionate about supporting.”
Mike Thompson, Operations Director, Leasing Options Tweet
The tie up with Co-Op Live and its investment in recognising employee contributions comes as Leasing Options reveals it has broken its highest yearly sales record.
Mike added: “Our investment in talent and innovation, coupled with our exclusive partnership with Co-Op Live, shows our dedication to excellence and positions us as leaders in the car leasing industry.”
