- The new management team at PHVC (l to r): Paul Huxford (chairman), Carl Sandalls (managing director), Wayne Toms (sales director).
THERE’S a brand new management structure at Fareham-based leasing broker PHVC Minibus Leasing.
Former sales director Carl Sandalls takes over as managing director of the minibus specialist, while Wayne Toms steps up from senior business development manager to take over as sales director.
But what of founder Paul Huxford?
Happily, Paul will be staying with the business as he transitions to chairman, allowing for the appointment of Carl and Wayne to drive the company forward in the future.
This strategic decision is part of our commitment to continuous growth and innovation. I shall remain on hand to help with my experience and vision as we navigate the exciting opportunities ahead. Carl and Wayne bring a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective that will undoubtedly contribute to the success of our organisation. They will continue to build and develop high-performing sales teams and their customer-centric mindsets will be instrumental in strengthening PHVC’s position within our industry.
