THE strong start to the 2024 personal leasing market continued into February thanks to a fresh wave of discounted new car offers entering the market, reports Leasing.com

This, despite SMMT figures showing that two thirds of February’s new car registrations were from the fleet and business sector.

According to leasing deals aggregator platform, its top three most popular vehicles based on enquiry volumes were the Nissan Qashqai, Peugeot 408 and Vauxhall Corsa. 

Other brands enjoying a successful month included Nissan, Peugeot and Volkswagen while moving into Leasing.com’s top 10 for the first time was GWM Ora.

“Our total enquiry volume was up 7% in February compared with February 2023, plus we were delighted to welcome a further five new advertising partners onto Leasing.com, including some familiar names from the broker market.”
