TODD Williams, head of broker at funder Arval, is now named head of retail. He retains control of the leasing broker channel.
Arval says the move is part of some key changes to its commercial management team and its broader retail structure focused on boosting growth, driving efficiencies and enhancing service for customers.
Paul Hyne, Arval UK commercial director, said:
“We have streamlined the structure of our retail division to include both direct and indirect customers under the same management, which is now headed up by Todd Williams as head of retail.
“We recognise that brokers are an incredibly important customer group and they will continue to benefit from Todd’s understanding and expertise, and also to be supported by our dedicated broker team reporting to him. Bringing the direct team under Todd’s management means our direct customers will now benefit from this same expertise and focus as well.
“Additionally, to bring a sharper focus on winning new strategic partnerships, we have appointed James Askham as partnership sales manager, moving across from our corporate sales division.”
The Arval management changes take place with immediate effect. Both Williams and Askham report into commercial director Paul Hyne.
