DRIVALIA is launching Fleet Procure’s Stock Manager to its growing broker partner network.
The leasing company, a brand new entrant into the UK market in February, is scaling up its broker involvement with fully managed tactical deals that will be delivered through Fleet Procure’s Stock Manager system.
The Fleet Procure digital system works in real time and charts the status of a car from order through to delivery.
We’re just at the point in our launch journey where tactical sales are the next step. To execute these offer deals effectively, we need an end to end platform for brokers and dealers. We think Fleet Procure is the best out there.
Simon Leake, national broker sales manager, Drivalia Tweet
Simon says he expects around 20 Drivalia-led tactical deals will be launched during the first full year in operation among the company’s current 18 live brokers – “this number is expected to increase to a mid-20s broker count by the end of the year,” adds Simon.
“We could conceivably be managing around a dozen tactical campaigns at any one time when you add in the broker-led campaigns. The Stock Manager system will also manage the vehicles from point of order through to delivery with each broker partner receiving a log-in to the Drivalia / Stock Manager portal.”
Fleet Procure managing director, Lee Jones, says that the USP about the Stock Manager platform is that it can manage cancelled orders in real time without funders finding they are bankrolling cancelled cars sitting at a dealership several months down the line.
“Stock Manager has been built around taking out the human error element,” says Lee. “We’ll be providing a managed solution to Drivalia which will track run rate and provide early warnings if the run rate is underperforming, as well as advice on the type of models that would find ready support from brokers to ensure tactical deal success.”
Duncan Green from Drivalia added:
From my point of view we need to continue reassuring the market that we’re investing in the business and letting brokers know that we are simple to do business with. We have great customer service and we want to make sure that we deliver on that. Fleet Procure Stock Manager will help us in this.

Both Drivalia and Fleet Procure’s Stock Manager supported the recent Broker News Awards, Drivalia sponsoring the Women in Broking Award, and Stock Manager the Best Customer Service Award.
