GOFOR has extended its existing provision of fleet services to Roc Technologies with a salary sacrifice programme.
Currently the Edinburgh broker is assisting Roc Technologies – an engineering and consulting services provider – with its fleet decarbonisation agenda.
The provision of salary sacrifice to all staff will help it step up its environmental and sustainability commitments said Roc Technologies.
We have a great partnership with Gofor, and as we continue to take steps to improve our carbon footprint, we are pleased to give our colleagues the opportunity to transition to electric vehicles. We knew we could rely on Gofor, so extending our partnership and asking them to administer this new colleague benefit and help drive our environmental goals made perfect sense.
Claire Thompson, fleet & facilities manager, Roc Technologies Tweet
Roc’s salary sacrifice plan is now in the process of being rolled out to its employees across the UK, with Gofor’s scheme designed to make the onboarding, and overall transition to electric vehicles, as straightforward as possible.
Roc Technologies has been a fantastic business to work with over recent years. That they’ve benchmarked our salary sacrifice plan against the market and decided to extend our partnership to include this proposition makes me immensely proud. It’s a testament to the hard work of both our teams and that we’ve built such a strong working relationship. I look forward to helping their employees experience the environmental and financial benefits of driving electric vehicles.
Graham Lesslie, managing director of Gofor Tweet
Salary sacrifice is the fastest growing funding method, according to the BVRLA. It has grown 41% in the first quarter of 2023, according to the association’s latest report. 91% of the cars supplied to salary sacrifice were EVs.
