APD Global has added compliance expert Andrew Smith to its board as a non-executive director.
Smith is managing partner of compliance firm Paxen, as well as CEO of finance broker Citrus Funding.

Smith has also become a shareholder APD’s subsidiary company APD Compliance Solutions.
