WELL-KNOWN automotive leasing executive Felice Di Cello is appointed Procurement Director at Gateway2Lease.
Led by sister and brother team Kelly (MD) and Rob Marshall (Operations Director), the appointment of Di Cello significantly strengthens the Bromsgrove-based broker’s board. Matt Axford was promoted to Sales Director in January 2022.
Felice is highly experienced in procurement. He was Tactical Supply Manager for ALD Automotive for over three and a half years before moving broker side to join Vanarama, first as Car Procurement Manager and latterly, following the Auto Trader purchase, as Procurement Manager.
Managing Director Kelly Marshall says they had a lot of respect for Felice when “we crossed paths during his time at ALD Automotive” and that his addition to the board would help strengthen the business as it continued to grow.
Kelly said the company’s multi-channel approach through PCH, BCH and salary sacrifice via Gateway’s AR The Electric Car Scheme, now required a director-led procurement position.
“Felice joins us with excellent experience and reputation within our industry. His character and approach to business aligns perfectly with our company. Felice will build on our strong funder, supplier and OEM relationships and take them to the next level as we look to increase our EV penetration.”

Rob Marshall added that Gateway2Lease had been working hard on its current strategy to build the foundations for growth – such as integrating Ebbon’s Leaselink into its ordering system – saying that “Felice’s appointment is the next big step to enable that expansion”.
The company had also been adding additional staff to service the extra volume and, with The Electric Car Scheme business, employee totals were now close to 100.
