Arval stood out to the broker community for demonstrating excellence across a number of areas: 
Consistency
‘Consistency’ was a word that came up repeatedly in the votes for Arval, with one broker commenting ‘Arval is able to offer consistency in a marketplace that could be considered as anything but consistent.’
The brokers called out Arval’s impressive constancy across pricing and underwriting in particular. Arval’s underwriting team was described as having a ‘can-do attitude’ and a number of brokers welcomed its approach to considering newer start companies.
Great account management
Account management and service at Arval were termed ‘spot on’ by one voter, with many brokers commenting on the friendly and approachable team. The brokers liked the fact that the Arval team communicated proactively and were highly efficient.
One broker said:
