LOOKERS Group has been appointed by GWM ORA UK as official retailers for its new Funky Cat EV.
With Lookers sites at Wolverhampton and Braintree signed up as ORA retailers, the Chinese brand is strengthening its network ahead of UK launch following a previous announcement appointing Peter Vardy as exclusive retailer in Scotland.
Order books for the new ORA Funky Cat hatchback open this month, and deliveries are expected to start before the end of 2022.
From November, customers will be able to visit the Lookers showrooms in Wolverhampton and Braintree to test drive the new EV.
We’re excited to have such a strong new EV offering for our customers, which will be proudly showcased at our Lookers dealerships in Wolverhampton and Braintree. With a strong record of partnership success with established and emerging EV brands, the arrival of the ORA Funky Cat is a welcome and compelling addition to our growing portfolio.
Duncan McPhee, chief operating officer at Lookers
Currently representing more than 30 different car manufacturers across the UK and Ireland, Lookers has over 150 dealerships and supplies more than 200,000 vehicles a year.
