CHANGES to senior management positions have been revealed as Leasing.com looks to drive forward with a new growth phase.

The market deal aggregator has been reorganised into four core departments – partnerships, marketing, technology, and people – with senior appointments for each department forming the firm’s strategy team.

Paul Harrison takes up a position as chief partnerships officer, expanding his role that sees him take responsibility for working with advertising partners to get the most out of Leasing.com’s digital products and services.

He will continue to lead the company’s relationships with motor manufacturers, leasing companies, digital partners, and key suppliers.

Chris Evans becomes chief marketing officer, and is responsible for digital marketing, SEO, UK, content, and social media. His focus is on raising brand awareness, creating clear user journeys, and delivering content that helps bring about digital transactions. 

Philip Gray is the new chief technology officer, coming from a background in software development and IT management. Having been part of the Leasing.com team for more than 15 years, he will continue to evolve the website to support business growth.

Michaela Syzling becomes chief HR officer, with 15 years’ experience at Leasing.com, and more than two decades in the automotive industry. She has responsibility for people strategy, as well as HR, finance, regulatory, and compliance, and partner verification functions.

As an agile, digital business it’s important that we regularly take stock and ensure our structure helps us support our partners and achieve our goals.

The website deal aggregator recently launched a new marketing campaign Dream it. Drive it. It has also entered into an exclusive partnership with Volvo.
