NATIONWIDE Vehicle Contracts has been awarded the Gold Trusted Service Award from Feefo.

Feefo, which helps businesses to build trusted relationships with their customers through the collection of genuine reviews and insights, awards the prestigious gold standard for exceptional high service standards.

The Gold Trusted Service award goes to those businesses that collect a minimum of 50 reviews between January to December 2019 with a Feefo service rating between 4.5 and 4.9.

However, the Manchester based leasing broker collected over 5,890 reviews during the period, scoring an average rating of 4.5 from a possible 5.

Keith Hawes, a director of Nationwide Vehicle Contracts, said:

Nationwide Vehicle Contracts uses its Electronic Customer Experience Questionnaire (provided via APD’s Customer 360 platform) to prompt its customers to provide feedback via Feefo. 

Feefo ensures that all feedback is authentic by matching it to a legitimate transaction.
