THE Neva brand is being integrated with Fleet Alliance and its personal leasing broker specialist, Intelligent Car Leasing, effective today (14 April 2020).

Acquired by Fleet Alliance in 2017, the Neva business has continued to trade separately, but will now be integrated fully as Fleet Alliance moves to simplify its market offering.

Neva will now trade as Fleet Alliance in the fleet management and business space. And as Intelligent Car Leasing for personal leases and its electric vehicle specialism.

Martin Brown, managing director of Fleet Alliance, said:

“Acquiring Neva helped us scale our business and acquire new channels to market. But with the Fleet Alliance leasing and fleet management expertise already established within the SME sector, and Intelligent Car Leasing in the personal leasing space, it became increasingly clear to me that we were guilty of adding market complexity.

“Why have multiple brands when two would provide simplicity and greater clarity for the customer? So that’s what we now have.”

Marc Murphy, head of sales and marketing at Intelligent Car Leasing, added:

“Customers will transfer automatically to Intelligent Car Leasing where applicable and benefit from access to new innovations and services that we are planning to bring to the market.

“This includes our leadership in the electric vehicle leasing sector which we believe will play a significant role during 2020. Senior executives in the leadership team are already electric vehicle drivers, enabling customers to benefit from their first-hand experience of this new and exciting technology.”

The existing Neva office in Uckfield will be staffed by both Fleet Alliance staff for SME sales and Intelligent Car Leasing staff for personal leases, including management of rebranded representatives.
