NICKIE Conde is the new head of Alphabet partner (pictured above).
Nickie steps into the role while current head of partner, Richard Chadwick, is seconded to Alphabet’s Consumer Duty project to understand and implement compliance of the new requirement across the business.
For those of you that don’t know, Nickie was one of the original regional managers when the partner channel first launched and worked both in the Northern and Midlands regions before moving to head up our affinity partnerships team. Nickie is fully aware of our processes and more importantly understands the dynamics and needs of our partners within the broker market.Richard Chadwick, Consumer Duty project lead, Alphabet
With Richard (pictured right) away from the partner channel, Nickie will be tasked with rolling out several new developments slated to be unveiled during the next few months.
- Launch of a stock management system
- Return of regulated finance lease
- Continued roll out of partner-led tactical offers
I’m looking forward to reacquainting myself with many of the partners I already know from when I first worked for Alphabet, and meeting new partners that have joined the programme while I have been heading up the affinity channel. There’s plenty of new developments to look forward to that will make our proposition more compelling.Nickie Conde, head of partner, Alphabet
