PAACK Logistics has partnered with Rivervale Leasing and DRIVE Software Solutions’ ODO broker fleet management platform to roll out electric vehicles for use in last-mile deliveries.

Brighton-based leasing broker Rivervale is working with the logistics firm to provide an end-to-end solution, covering everything from negotiating preferred manufacturer terms and finance rates to advising on a fleet of electric vans that is fit for purpose across range, load, and charging requirements.

Rivervale will also manage maintenance, underpinned by DRIVE’s ODO Fleet Management platform, which allows businesses, leasing brokers, dealers, and rental companies to monitor vehicle use and improve efficiencies across the fleet, boosting transition to EVs.

Paack operates in more than 80 European cities, with a model that allows customer-controlled deliveries, picking their preferred time slot to receive parcels.

It already operates a network of electric vehicles, as Paack Logistics has a mission of becoming the first certified net zero parcel delivery network; it already operates a carbon neutral last mile network in the UK.

We’re proud to be working with such an innovative and forward-looking business like Paack. It’s a reflection of the effort we have put into building out the Rivervale Fleet Management solution which is underpinned by ODO.

James Lovett, general manager of Paack in the UK, commented:

“The Rivervale and ODO partnership gives us great confidence that our network is self-sufficient and future-proofed, enabling us to deliver on our promise to consumers and our commitment to the environment. Partnering with leading fleet management experts allows us to focus our energy on enhancing the delivery experience even further.”
