Rod Lloyd takes up leadership of the BVRLA Leasing Broker Committee from outgoing chair Paul Parkinson (pictured above). Rod will certainly need all his expertise to negotiate a changing market, from funder consolidation to the Consumer Credit Act reform, and from OEM agency changes to a lagging PCH outlook.
