Salary sacrifice – it’s the funding method of the moment
Looks like there’s little to stop the funding juggernaut of the moment: salary sacrifice. The BVRLA reports that salary sacrifice is up 56%, Fleet Alliance has just delivered a salary sacrifice scheme for Triton Construction (see story), while a survey of 250 managing directors, HR directors and financial directors found that 83% of companies were expecting to implement salary sacrifice in 2024. If you’ve not got a salsac solution, 2024 could be a little thin.
