PAUL Bulloch’s Concept Vehicle Leasing celebrated 21 years as a leasing broker at a celebration lunch held at Denbie’s Vineyard in Dorking, Surrey.
Attended by 44 business guests, the three course lunch included a Paul Bulloch double act with Gary Dawes (Commercial Director) running through 21 learnings from 21 years in business, supported by Portfolio Director Toby Pawson.

Paul began his Concept business trading under Hawkins Fleet in Morden, south west London for 18 months – “I thought I knew what I was doing but quickly learned that more knowledge would be useful and spent time listening and learning from colleagues” – before moving to Surbiton where he established Concept Vehicle Leasing to trade independently.
Since then the business has moved to new premises in Reigate, Surrey, picking up several awards along the way.
Launch of Boom business
Paul also took the opportunity to launch his new business, in conjunction with Gary Dawes, called Boom which will operate alongside Concept Vehicle Leasing.
Designed to help business expand, the business club membership organisation is designed to act as a non-executive director helping members – organised into groups of eight with a facilitator – provide collaborative help to each other during meetings on a monthly basis.
“At Boom, we believe that businesses thrive not just because of smart strategies but also because of the support and partnerships around them.”
Paul Bulloch, Director, Boom Tweet
Boom is launching to the public at the Business Junction Spring Expo on 29 February 2024 in London.
